Agreement

By accessing Invoice Mitra you agree to these Terms. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent authority to bind that organization.

Services

We provide hosted invoicing, reminders, dashboards, and integrations such as Razorpay checkout experiences. Features evolve — we may ship backwards-compatible updates or provide reasonable notice for materially breaking changes.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Maintain accurate registration details and safeguard credentials.
• Do not probe, scrape, or attack infrastructure beyond ordinary product usage.
• Do not upload unlawful content or misuse reminders to harass recipients.
• We may suspend abusive tenants to protect platform integrity.

Subscription & billing

Paid tiers renew until cancelled. Taxes apply where required. Failure to pay may downgrade features after grace periods communicated in-product.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from billing settings when self-serve flows go live; until then email support. Certain statutory records may persist post-cancellation — see Privacy Policy for retention logic.

Razorpay & third parties

Razorpay governs payment instruments; disputes may follow processor timelines in addition to these Terms.

Warranty disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation beyond those implied by law that cannot be waived.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted, aggregate liability equals fees paid to Invoice Mitra during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited.

Changes

Updates post with a revised “Last updated” stamp. Continued use constitutes acceptance unless law requires explicit consent.
