Refund Policy

Last updated: May 6, 2026 · Applies to SaaS subscriptions billed by Invoice Mitra (not your client invoices).

Overview

We aim for fair outcomes. Refunds apply to subscription fees charged by Invoice Mitra, independent of funds your clients pay via Razorpay — those follow Razorpay dispute flows.

Standard refund window

Annual prepayments qualify for a prorated refund when requested within 14 days of charge, assuming no material ToS breach occurred. Monthly subscriptions qualify for a refund on the latest invoice when requested within 7 days, limited to once per workspace per rolling year to deter abuse.

Non-refundable cases

  • Addon usage packs once consumed or transferred.
  • Accounts terminated for acceptable-use violations.
  • Fees imposed by Razorpay or banks — contact processors directly.
  • Taxes remitted to authorities.

Cancellation process

Cancel inside billing settings when available or email support with your workspace domain and invoice IDs. Access continues through the paid period unless otherwise credited.

Razorpay disputes

Chargebacks initiated through Razorpay may pause feature access until resolved. Provide webhook IDs or invoice references so we can reconcile quickly.
